| Linda J. Fellen is a member of the firm of Fellen & Fellen, LLC. Ms. Fellen, was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1989. She has practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate, real estate, tax, bank regulation and loan documentation, and currently focuses her practice in the areas of real estate sale and purchase, lease review and negotiation, business start-ups, sale and purchase of businesses and franchises, wills and municipal court. Ms. Fellen graduated with honors from George Washington University School of Law in 1989, and from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986, receiving a BS from the Wharton School of Business and a BA from the School of Arts and Sciences. While a student in law school, Ms. Fellen clerked with the honorable Anne Thompson, Judge in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is active in several community organizations, and has received awards for her leadership roles and service. Leonard R. Fellen is a member of the firm of Fellen & Fellen, LLC. Mr. Fellen was admitted to practice in New York in 1965 and New Jersey in 1972. He has practiced in the areas of intellectual property rights, matrimonial, land use planning and zoning, municipal court and real estate. He formerly served as Prosecutor, Public Defender and Planning Board Attorney for the Township of Manalapan, and is currently serving as Public Defender for the Borough of Englishtown. Mr. Fellen currently focuses his practice in the areas of real estate sale and purchase, wills, criminal law and municipal court defense. Mr. Fellen graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1964, and graduated from New York University in 1957 with a BS in electrical engineering. For many years, Mr. Fellen has been active in local political and civic organizations. |
