Linda J. Fellen

 

Ms. Fellen was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1989.  She has practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, corporate, real estate, tax, bank regulation and loan documentation, and currently focuses her practice in the areas of real estate sale and purchase, lease review and negotiation, business start-ups, sale and purchase of businesses and franchises, wills and municipal court. Ms. Fellen graduated with honors from George Washington University School of Law receiving a JD in 1989, and from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986, receiving a BS from the Wharton School of Business and a BA from the School of Arts and Sciences.  While a student in law school, Ms. Fellen interned with the honorable Anne Thompson, Judge in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Ms. Fellen was raised in Manalapan, NJ and graduated from Manalapan High School.  After practicing for a several years with two prominent firms in Philadelphia, she returned to New Jersey in 1993 to form Fellen and Fellen, LLC with her father, Leonard R. Fellen, Esquire.    She currently resides in East Brunswick, NJ with her husband and two sons.  She is active in several community organizations, and has received awards for her leadership roles and services.

Leonard R. Fellen

Leonard R. Fellen was admitted to practice in New York in 1965 and New Jersey in 1972.  He has practiced in the areas of intellectual property rights, matrimonial, land use planning and zoning, municipal court and real estate.  He formerly served as Prosecutor, Public Defender and Planning Board Attorney for the Township of Manalapan and as Public Defender for the Borough of Englishtown.  Mr. Fellen currently focuses his practice in the areas of real estate sale and purchase, wills, criminal law and municipal court defense. Mr. Fellen graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1964, and graduated from New York University in 1957 with a BS in electrical engineering.  For many years, Mr. Fellen has  been active in local political and civic organizations

Amy Sawicki

 

Ms. Sawicki was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1987.  She has practiced in the areas of real estate, landlord tenant and estate matters and currently focuses her practice in the areas of real estate sales/purchases/refinances, both residential and commercial, wills and basic estate administration, having joined the law firm of Fellen & Fellen, LLC. Ms. Sawicki graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1986, and from the University of Delaware in 1983, receiving a BA from the School of Arts and Sciences in History.  Ms. Sawicki also received her teaching certificate from Trenton State College (NKA The College of New Jersey) in 1984.  While a student in law school, Ms. Sawicki worked for the 60 plus clinic, providing legal services for the elderly and indigent and was on the rules committee.  Ms. Sawicki helped to establish the Chamber of Commerce in Bradley Beach, where she lived for 23 years and was active in that community as a volunteer.  Ms. Sawicki grew up in Manalapan and is happy to be back, practicing in the area.  Ms. Sawicki is remarried and has two grown children.
